Holyland Handicrafts: The Holy Land Handcraft Cooperative Society was established in 1981 as a means of countering the deterioration of the local handicrafts bought about by occupation. They sell a variety of products including ceramics and olive woodcrafts. See

Olive Cooperative: Olive Co-operative sells a range of fairly traded products sourced from Palestinian and Israeli organisations working for a just peace and sustainable future for all. Refugee Youth Project (RYP) – Christmas 2007 Catalogue: RYP is a voluntary organisation that works with local partners to provide activities for Palestinian children and young people in Al-Bass camp in Tyre, Lebanon. We raised a fantastic £600 from the gift catalogue; we hope to double that amount this year. This year's catalogue includes photos from the 2007 summer project which was a great success- over 97 children took part (RYP’s biggest project yet) with around 30 disabled children and their siblings as well. The RYP Alternative Gift Catalogue is a way for you to give people a great present and support the charity too! They have a whole range of gifts to suit all budgets. Sindyanna of Galilee: A fair-trade organization, producing and marketing olive oil products.
