and this from Yasmin
Since I was last in touch with you the Gaza Mono-Logues have been performed at the UN in New York, myself & two of the young people in the Pegasus Youth Companies went to New York and they performed as part of the international company!

It was an AMAZING experience and we were very privileged to be a part of it! Being with a wonderful group of young people from across the world in New York was a really special moment in time and epitomised the value of theatre and what can be achieved if you have a clear goal!

The two young people from Pegasus found the whole experience invaluable and have grown as people creatively and in terms of what is possible and the changes you can affect! One of the highlights in New York was on the morning of their first performance the international company in New York managed to talk to the young people in Gaza via skype - it made the whole experience so truthful and meaningful and all were in floods of tears!!
